Myles Scully Division holds “Respect Life Week” on Sunday, January 24th. Mayor Amicone’s Yonkers Respect Life Week is the only such municipal commemoration in New York State.
Yonkers AOH Division 1 and Division 16 (Mt. Kisco) are recipients of the AOH New York State Board Charities and Missions Award for 2009 - 2011.
The NYS AOH Board also awarded Yonkers Mayor Phil Amicone the Lady of Knock, Queen of Peace Award, presented on July 10, 2009 at Albany's Crowne Plaza.
